| Description | Indenture of lease by Anne Wells of Lillington, widow, to John Freckleton of the Priory near the borough of Warwick, gent, of one and a quarter yardlands [c45 acres] of arable land in the common fields and liberties of Lillington, in the tenure of Francis Eabourne, and a close or pasture ground called Ortons in the lordship of Lillington, in the occupation of John Eabourne, to be held from the next feast of St Michael [29 Sep 1622] for a term of 4 years at the annual rent of a peppercorn, in consideration of £19.
