DescriptionCounterpart indenture of lease by Henry Christopher Wise of the Priory in the borough of Warwick, esquire, to John Ledbrook of the parish of Lillington, yeoman, of a messuage, with all barns, stables, gardens, etc, and several closes of arable land, pasture and meadow in Lillington (reserving all mines, quarries, minerals, timber, trees, fishing, etc), to be held from 25 March last for a term of 21 years, at the annual rent of £213, with an additional £5 for every acre of several closes (called the Lower Meadow, the Bridge Meadow, Hare Hole, Rough Meadow, the closes south and north of the Rick Yard, the Brick Kiln Ground and Jacksy Gray) ploughed or converted into tillage and £10 for every acre sown with rape, hemp, flax or woad ,with several provisions or covenants for termination, husbandry, maintenance, etc.
