DescriptionCounterpart indenture of lease by Henry Christopher Wise of the Priory in the borough of Warwick, esquire, to Thomas Webb of the parish of Lillington, gentleman, of a messuage, with all barns, stables, gardens, farm, several closes of arable land, pasture and meadow, etc in Lillington (reserving all mines, quarries, minerals, timber, trees, fishing, etc), to be held from 25 March last for a term of 21 years, at the annual rent of £158 8s, with an additional £10 for every acre ploughed or brought into tillage without Wise's consent and £10 for every acre sown with woad, weld, rape, hemp or flax, with several provisions or covenants for termination (determinable after 7 or 14 years), husbandry, maintenance, etc.
