| Description | Counterpart indenture of lease by Matthew Wise of the Priory in the borough of Warwick, esquire, to William Beamish late of Stoke, city of Coventry, thenof Lillington, yeoman, of a messuage, with all barns, stables, farm, several closes of arable land, pasture and meadow in Lillington, late in the occupation of Thomas Webb, containing 184 acres (reserving to Wise a close of grass called Church Close, right of passage to Newbury's Close to set up brick kilns and to dig for and make bricks, timber, trees, mines, minerals, fishing, etc), to be held from 25 March last for a term of 21 years, at the annual rent of £271, with an additional £10 for every acre ploughed or brought into tillage in meadows called Sarah's Close, Ralph's Close and House Close, and £10 for every acre sown with woad, weld, rape, hemp or flax, with several provisions or covenants for termination (determinable after 7 or 14 years), husbandry, maintenance, etc.
