| Description | Indenture of lease by Sir Thomas Puckeringe of the Priory near the borough of Warwick, knight and baronet, to Robert Knightley of Offchurch Bury, esquire, of the tithes of corn and grain from a pasture called the Ewe Field in the occupation of Robert Knightley lying in the fields called Newbold Pacy Pastures in the parish of Leamington Priors, to be held for as long as Robert Knightley and his heirs and assigns plough and till the Ewe Field, at the annual rent of £12, with Knightley to pay any levies on the tithes for the King, the poor, etc.
