| Description | Counterpart indenture of lease by Francis Bagshaw of Moreton Morrell, esquire, to Thomas Haynes of Morton Morrell, yeoman, of two closes of land being part of a large ground called the Park adjoining the Foxholes, the two closes containing 53 acres in Moreton Morrell, then in the occupation of Thomas Haynes (reserving timber, trees, etc), to be held from 25 March next for a term of 8 years, at the annual rent of 10 shillings, with an additional £5 for each acre over half-part ploughed up.
