Description | Indenture of lease by Francis Bagshaw of Moreton Morrell, esquire, to John Seeley and Thomas Horseman, both of Morton Morrell, yeomen, of three closes of land known as the Sanckefoile Ground lying next the Wood, the Plash Pool Ground near to Bryer Furlong, and the ground next adjoining the Sheep-pens in the parish of Moreton Morrell, the first two closes being in the tenure of John Seeley and Thomas Horseman, the third in that of John Chandler, with barn, buildings, etc (reserving timber, trees, etc), to be held from 25 March last past for a term of 12 years, at the annual rent of £26, with an additional £5 for each acre ploughed up. 4 Apr 5 Geo 1719.
