DescriptionCounterpart indenture of lease by Sir Thomas Puckeringe of Warwick, knight and baronet, to Thomas Savage of Tachbrook, yeoman, of the herbage and pasturage of a little meadow called Hopkins Meadow at the nether end of the ground called the Aspes and a close or pasture called the Heathy Close, both in Tachbrook and in the tenure of Thomas Savage, to be held from the feast of the Annunciation last past [25 March] for a term of 1o years, at the annual rent of £10.
