DescriptionIndenture of lease by Sir John Puckeringe, knight, Lord Keeper of the Great Seal, to William Burton of Kington, gent, of several parcels of land called Brook Furlong alias "Tygrasse", Long Akers Close and Park Piece in Great Kington, late in the occupation of William Burton (excepting all woods, underwoods, etc), to be held for a term of 100 years, at the annual rent of 10 shillings.

Seal and tag missing from bottom fold, with the indenture also having been slit.
Endorsed as being a counterpart, with memorandum of delivery of the indenture on 22 Nov 36 Eli after the sealing of the feoffment of the premises by William Burton to the use of the Lord Keeper.
