| Description | Indenture tripartite of assignment between Sir Simon Archer of Tanworth, knight, only surviving executor of the last will and testament of Sir Thomas Puckeringe, knight and baronet, deceased,of the 1st part, Sir Henry Puckeringe alias Newton of Charlton, Kent, baronet and John Bale of Carlton Curlieu, Leicestershire, alias Sir John Bale, baronet, of the 2nd part, and Thomas Puckeringe of Hildersham, Cambridgeshire, gent, of the 3rd part, of the manors of Little Kineton, Combrook and Brookhampton, with lands, premises, etc, at Little Kineton, Combrook, Brookhampton and Butlers Marston, whereby Sir Simon Archer assigns to Thomas Puckeringe the remainder of a term of 28 years, in consideration of £300, reciting indentures of 29 Dec 10 Chas [1634] and 12 Jan 10 Chas [1635].

Endorsed with memorandum that the deed contains a recital of the limitation of Sir Thomas Puckering's estate at Warwick, Lillington and other places, also with number "14.a" in ink.
