| Description | Indenture of lease by Sir Thomas Puckering of the Priory near Warwick, knight and baronet, to Anne Richardson of Norton Lindsey, widow, of a close or pasture ground divided into two parts called the Longlands in the parish of Snitterfield, then in the tenure of Anne Richardson, to be held from the feast of the Annunciation last past (25 Mar) for a term of 12 years, at the annual rent of £8: the half of the Longlands then in tillage is to be ploughed and sown for the first 4 years of the term, after which the other half will be ploughed and sown for another four years.
