DescriptionIndenture of lease by Henry Christopher Wise of the Priory at Warwick, esquire, son and heir of Henry Wise of the same place, esquire, deceased, to Macey Life of the parish of St Martin in the Fields, Middlesex, cornfactor, of a parcel of land on the east side of Hungerford Market, with granaries, warehouse and counting house, containing 32 feet next to Charles Court and 31 feet 6 inches next to Hungerford Market, in the parish of St Martin in the Fields, Middlesex, to be held from the feast of St Michael [29 Sep] 1800 for a term of 12 and a half years at the annual rent of £9, in fulfilment of a covenant made by Matthew Wise, deceased, to extend the term for which the premises are leased to Macey Life, reciting indentures of lease dated 20 Mar 1752 and 30 Nov 1768.
Endorsed as being a counterpart lease, also with number "T47".
