DescriptionIndentures of assignment of lease by William Agar of Lincolns Inn, Middlesex, esquire, and John Gustavus Lemaistre of Upper Seymour Street, Portman Square, Middlesex, esquire, devisees in trust of the will of Matthew Wise of the Priory, Warwick, esquire, deceased, of the 1st part, and Matthew Wise and his son Matthew Wise the younger, both of Leamington, esquires, of the 2nd part, esquire, to Reverend Henry Wise of Offchurch, clerk, of the 3rd part, of a messuage and parcel of land on the west side of Villiers Street [premises further described] in the parish of St Martin in the Fields, Middlesex, to be held for the remainder of a term of 30 years as specified in a lease dated 1 May 1794 at the annual rent of £32 10s, in consideration of £130 paid by Henry Wise to Agar and Lemaistre and 5 shillings paid by Henry Wise to the two Matthew Wises.
Endorsed with numbers "T48" and "T49".
Seals: five applied on bottom fold of each, with only one signed by Henry Wise.
