| Description | Indentures of lease by Humphrey Tomlynson of the parish of St Dunstan in West London, milliner, to James Mollett of Knightsbridge, Middlesex, gent, by virtue of a licence granted by Reverend Dr Spratt, Dean, and the Chapter of the Cathedral Church of St Peter, Westminster, dated 25 April 1684, of several pieces of copyhold ground containing 11 acres, being part of the Squabbs and Middle Gore, Birding Bush Field and the Clover Field, and adjoining freehold land containing over 5 acres, all late in the occupation of Alexander Bond, husbandman, and then of James Mollett, lying between Knightsbridge and Kensington in the parish of St Margaret's, Westminster, Middlesex (except for all timber, trees, etc), to be held for a term of 31 years at the annual rent of £22 10s, with inventories of trees and plans of land (both on paper) attached at the bottom folds.
