| Description | Indentures of lease by John Rossington to James Mollett, both of the parish of St Martin in the Fields, Middlesex, gents, of a parcel of ground lying near the Gore in the parish of St Margaret, Westminster, and all buildings to be erected on it, containing 80 feet in front of the London Road, being 300 feet in depth, abutting the road to the north, ground late of James Mollett to the east, ground of James Mollett in the occupation of Bernard Underwood to the west, and ground of James Mollett in the occupation of Mathew Childe to the south, to be held from feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist next [24 June] for a term of 21 years, at the annual rent of £7.
