Description | Indentures of leases by James Mollett of the parish of St Margaret, Westminster, Middlesex, gent, to Charles Morgan of the parish of St Martin in the Fields, Middlesex, gentleman, of a parcel of ground lying near the Gore in the parish of St Margaret, Westminster, and all buildings to be erected on it, containing 84 feet next to the London Road, 300 feet in depth and 96 feet in breadth from east to west at the southern end, abutting the road to the north, grounds of James Mollett to the east and west, and ground of James Mollett in the occupation of Mathew Child to the south, to be held for a term of 29 years, at the annual rent of £6 6s, with a covenant by Morgan to build a substantial brick wall and a causeway in front of the premises before 25 March next and put up posts and rails and plant trees in front of the causeway before 25 October next, and a covenant by Mollett to execute a similar lease at the end of the term. 26 October 1685 1 Jas II.
