| Description | Indenture of assignment of lease by James Mollett of Knightsbridge, Middlesex, gentleman, to Sir Thomas Janson of Tunbridge, Kent, baronet, of several pieces of copyhold ground containing 11 acres, being part of the Squabbs and Middle Gore, Birding Bush Field and the Clover Field, and adjoining freehold land containing over 5 acres, all late in the occupation of Alexander Bond, husbandman, and then of James Mollett, lying between Knightsbridge and Kensington in the parish of St Margaret's, Westminster, Middlesex (except for all timber, trees, etc), to be held for the residue of a term of 31 years, in consideration of £100, reciting indenture of lease dated 26 May 1684 from Humphry Tomlynson to James Mollett.
