| Description | Indenture of lease by Sir Thomas Puckering of the Priory in or near Warwick, knight and baronet, to Humfrey Fish of Norrell [Northill], esquire, Oliver Fish of Biggleswade, gent, Thomas Fish of Southwell [Southill], gent and Henry Fish of Steppingley, gent, all of Bedfordshire and all brothers, of a wood called Park Wood containing 137 acres and a wood called Abbey Wood alias Warden Wood containing 331 acres (once belonging to the dissolved Abbey of Warden) in Bedfordshire, to be held from 20 Nov last past for a term of 60 years at the annual rents of £144 for the first 6 years, £164 for the seventh year and £184 for the remainder of the term, for the life of Sir Thomas Puckering, reciting a letters patent dated 11 Jan 36 Eli [1594] for the lease by the crown to Sir John Puckeringe and Lady Jane his wife for the term of their lives, and following their deaths to the life of Sir Thomas Puckering.
