Apologies for having left his answer so long: in answer to his request, giving his letter to his father, a governor of Christ's Hospital, with the presentation in his own hands, being sure he would be anxious to help his protégé: there having been, however, numerous applications for the presentation, with the possibility of him not being able to comply with his request: no doubt of hearing from his father shortly.
