Her anxiety for George leading her to reflect on anything which may help: it having occurred to her that, without distressing him, he might be led to write with one of the machines for the blind: if spared from the calamity of his going blind, its being an advantage to him any time he has a blow or inflammation: her request to Sir Wathen to get him to get a machine and send her the bill in Brighton, if he can persuade him to have one or get him to write a few lines: her gratitude for his attention and tender feelings for the boy: hope of Baroness Howe being well, with remembrance to her.
