Lady William Gordon having something which proves how well her cousin writes and the wish of Princess Mary to see what he writes upon: the poor handwriting of Princess Sophia and her suggestion to get her to write like a child and copy in large handwriting: the last two letters using the pen given by Waller being better, but still taking ages for her to read: report of Waller and Alexander liking the healthier appearance of her eye: the Dowager Queen looking much better, but having a dreadful cough. [Handwriting very difficult.]
