Returned from a delightful trip to Therapia in the Bosphorus, which has done him good: extension of leave from the 20th to the end of the month, with intention to going there again, after which he should be fit for trench duty: Therapia a healthy place, with sea breezes and bathing, with not too much to do when it's hot weather apart from read, smoke and eat melons: diet of fruit at every meal, one advantage of the region: intention of taking fruit, vegetables, potatoes and a goat, for fresh milk, back to the Crimea: weather very hot, likley to end in a thunderstorm. PS: remebrance to old Billy.
