For 7s 6d per sq yard, Vincent will sell to Bird & Nicklin at their request before 29 Sep 1833, parcel of land in closes called Ground between the Woods and Barn Wood, bounded by Binswood Crescent and Binswood Terrace (S & SW); land of Willimett (W); Land of Rev Henry Wise (N, E). To pay 10% (or interest at 5%) on 29 Dec 1832, remainder on 29 Sep 1833. To erect dwelling houses on part fronting Binswood Terrace and Crescent, to be stuccoed with handsome sash windows to an approved elevation. No inns, taverns, manufactories or hospitals, or any business to create a nuisance. On request will convey in parcels, but this must start at the west end. Fragile.
