Covenant to levy a fine of messuage formerly occupied by Thomas Taylor, then by Richard Horwood in Wendover, between messuages occupied by John Putnam (N) & John Goss (S); AND messuage in Weston Turville, Bucks, occupied by Robert Syeed, between messuages of Mary Milingam (SW) & Henry Deane (N), all conveyed on 5 Mar 1746 by Richard Horwood to William Simmons, elder & younger. All to use of Richard Horwood and then James & Mary Evershich. Apparently original bundle with docket indicating content of draft deeds (no longer accurate)
