DescriptionDraft assignment of Judge’s Certificate. William Daniel Brownell of Aston, victualler & police officer to John Lakin of Aston, tanner, that Esther Roberts was convicted of housebreaking at house of Coventry Hardyman in Aston on 24 Oct 1813, & Brownell apprehended her, so is relieved of parish office, according to the act of 1699. Now for £30, assigns this benefit to Lakin. Overwritten with similar, William Woolley of Edgbaston to Joseph Piercy of Edgbaston, manufacturer of iron wares, relating to conviction of Thomas Kendrick for house-breaking at Wolley’s house on 30 Jan 1820, Jan 1821; Also Francis Deakin of Aston to Thomas Phillips of Aston, miller, re William Harvey of Aston, labourer, Jul 1823
