The residue of a two hundred year mortgage term affecting the land is reassigned from Edward Alport of Stourbridge, Worcestershire, mercer and Thomas Pargeter of Foscott, Oldswinford, Worcestershire, gentleman to Benjamin Male in order that it may merge into the freehold and inheritance of the premises.
