Description Benjamin Male of Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, gentleman conveys to John Townshend of Cradley, gentleman a piece of land containing 1a 1r 25p now in the occupation of Mark Jones and situated near to a place called Two Gates in Cradley for £80. The land is bordered on the east by land belonging to the said John Townshend and garden ground of the devisees of John Toye agreed to be purchased by John Townshend, on the west by land late of Edward Pitt and now of Joseph Baker, on the north by land of Joseph Brettell and on the south by the public road leading from Two Gates to Over End. Memorandum of livery of seisin on the reverse.
