| Description | Thomas Godfrey of Milverton, baker conveys to Jesse Abbotts of Leamington Priors, tailor for £225 a piece of land in and near Waterloo St in Leamington Priors in a street now called Saint Mary's Terrace, containing 186 square yards, and a messuage built on the land by Jesse Jeffs and now in the occupation of Thomas Godfrey. £150 of the purchase money is paid by Jesse Abbotts to Elizabeth Tiso of Guys Cliff, spinster in redemption of a mortgage owing on the land. The remaining £75 is paid to Thomas Godfrey. Contains a plan of the land being conveyed.
