Watson is to take down the old stable attached to the rectory, convert an existing barn into a stable, build a new barn, and re-roof part of the great barn, for the sum of £88; also to advance £66 10 shillings for repairs to the chancel of Napton church. Both these sums with interest are to be allowed him out of his rent.
