| Description | Settlement on marriage already solemnized between William Smith of Coventry, Tanner, and Mary, his wife, by way of a lease for a term of 60 years by William Smith to Samson Clarke of Coventry, Threadmaker, and John Brownell of Coventry, gent., of 1 messuage or tenement, tannhouse, garden, orchard with all the appurtenances, called 'Crosse Cheapening', to be held to the use of William and Mary Smith, then to the use of Mary Smith in the event that she survives her husband.
