DescriptionBetween James Wagstaff of Alesbury, Bucks, basketmaker; William Holbech of Farmborough, esquire; and John Gorstelowe of Mollington, gentleman. James Wagstaffe conveys to William Holbech the north part of a messuage in Farmborough; the north side and part of a close and orchard belonging to the messuage, occupied by John Claridge; all of which forms two-thirds of the messuage, close and orchard previously purchased by Richard Wagstaffe, grandfather of James Wagstaffe, and the two-thirds were settled on James Wagstaffe by an indenture of 24 March 1726 [see CR0457/30/3] .
