DescriptionBetween Thomas Pain of Farnborough, yeoman; and Thomas Stuchfield of Thenford, Northants, yeoman. Recites an indenture of 18 November 1809 in which John Savage coveyed a messuage with a garden, in Farnborough, to Thomas Pain [see CR0457/31/8]. Thomas Pain mortgaged to Thomas Stuchfield [mortgagee] a messuage with a garden in Farnborough, previously occupied by George Goodman and now by Thomas Pain, which formerly consisted of three cottages, and was then converted into two tenements before being occupied as one.
