Date11 January 1849
DescriptionBetween William Fessey of Farnborough, maltster; and William Buller the Elder of Hanwell, Oxon, farmer. Recites the will of John Freckleton of Farnborough, gentleman, deceased, dated 20 March 1754, in which he devised a messuage with a malthouse and homestead in Farnborough, then in his own and John Wimbush's possession and to which he was entitled to by a lease of 1500 years.
