Description | Between William Fessey of Farnborough, maltster and John Fessey of Stoneton House, Northants, gentleman. Recites the will of John Freckleton of Farmborough, gentleman, 20 March 1754 in which he devised to Elizabeth his wife, a messuage with a malthouse and homestead in Farmborough, which he was entitled to by a lease for 1500 years, as well as all his other estates. After her death William Holbech, Alban Bull the elder and the vicar of the parish of Farmborough then take possession of the same properties. In a codicil to the will, John Freckleton revoked this latter part and after Elizabeth's death the properties were to pass to John Freckleton Burrowes, the son of his nephew. William Fessey now owns the messuage, malthouse and homestead and in this present indenture assigns the leasehold of the properties to John Fessey. Consideration: £915
