John Freckleton conveyed to Ambrose Holbech a messuage with a close and orchard adjoining it, in Farnborough, previously occupied by John Freckleton and now by William Rawbone; a close of pasture and meadow belonging to the messuage in Farnborough, with land called Windmill Hill on the west side, the land of George Knibb and now of Joseph Knibb on the east side and the lands previously belonging to John Swayne on the north side, previously occupied by John Freckleton and now by William Rawbone; two parcells of pasture, inclosed, in Farnborough, previously occupied by John Freckleton and now by Joseph Welch and adjoining the lands lately belonging to Christopher Ralegh, gent, deceased, on the west side, the lands previously belonging to George Brocke, deceased, on the north side, and the lands of Edward Atkyns on the south and east sides, purchased by John Freckleton from Hugh Birch and Ursula his wife, and purchased by John Freckleton of Claydon from Anne Freckleton, sole executrix of the will of John Freckleton.
