Description | Between Humphry Pedley of Banbury, Oxon, taylor; Robert Green of Farnborough, yeoman; and William Holbech of Farnborough, esquire. Robert Green mortgaged to William Samon (by demise for 500 years) a messuage inhabited by Jonathan Dury and a close adjoining the messuage in Farnborough, which had been purchased by John Green from William Hickson and Mary Hickson, widow and mother of William. The mortgage was then assigned to John Sanders and increased to £30 by a deed of 24 October 1747 (see CR0457/13/47), and then assigned to Humphrey Pedley and increased to £40.
