Description	Considerations: £61 8s. paid to Thomas Pares (as in DR0230/67/12) discharging a bond of £50 and interest (£11 8s.) - see DR0230/67/12 - and £21 (£7 each) to their nieces (Mary, Elizabeth and Prudence Cox) - see DR0230/67/11(3) - which they agreed to accept in lieu of the £10 originally stipulated and £6 2s. to HC. 26-27 June 1744 (original nos. 19-20). N.B. The deeds numbered 21-22 - 2 Releases from Elizabeth Cox and Mary Cox of their interests in the premises conveyed in DR0230/67/18-19 - are missing (see DR0230/64).
