To be held unto John Wright for 40 years if Elizabeth Attleborrow (John Attleborrow's mother, as in DR230/67/1-3) shall so long live. With covenants for further assurance (and a stipulation that the parties involved in such an assurance be compelled not to travel above 20 miles from their place of abode) and the proviso that John Attleborrow should pay £8 to EA during her life and keep harmless and indemnify John Wright of and from the same.
