Title	Agreement by Sir John Heydon of Oxhey, Herts., with Sir Gilbert Gerard and Francis Gerard, son and heir of Sir Gilbert Gerard, Bart., of Harrow on the hill, Middlesex; and Anne Haydon by which Sir John conveys several pieces of land, late part of the Manor of Wenlock's Barn, Middlesex, to the Gerards and Anne to hold to his use for the rest of his life and then to the use of Anne and her heirs. The properly was also to be used for part of Anne's portion
