DescriptionGift indented from John Enderby, William Exdale, esq., Thomas Roxton, esq., John Elys, clerk, William Parker of Blecchele, and William Hunte of Kempton to Thomas Boughton, esq., and Elizabeth his wife, of all lands and tenements, rents etc., which they had recently with Thomas Boughton, by feoffment from John Conquest of Houghton, near Bedford, Laurence atte Wode, clerk, and Thomas May, in the hamlet of Kempston Herdewyk, and in the villages and fields of Wotton, Elstowe and Wilschamstede; to hold to Boughton, his heirs and assigns forever, of the chief lord of the fee for the usual services. If Elizabeth outlives Thomas and makes any waste or destruction on these premises they will dispossess her. Given at Kempston Herdewyk, 20th September, 19 Henry VI.
