Description½ an acre lies in Hollebreth near the land of William Frankelyn, and ½ an acre lies on Myllneway, near the land of William Frankelyn, in the fields of Little Herdeburgh; and ½ an acre on Hadderustcroft, in the fields of Great Hardeburgh, near the land of William Maynard and the land of Agnes Flour; one payment at Cosoldbroke of 1 rood; ½ an acre on waltfurlong, between the land which Robert Caritan once held, and the land which Henry Kyng held; ½ an acre with a headland lying on the Hallhook between the land of Joolde Morton and Isabell Norman; ½ an acre and a payment in the field of Great Hardeburgh; ½ an acre at Grenehill, between the land of John de Esnell, and the land of Stephen de Cosford; ½ an acre lying on Wolondushadow, near the land of the Blessed Virgin Mary; ½ an acre lying on Puresmere, near the land which Hugh Prileston held, and the land of Isabell Humlon; and 2 roods of arable land lying on the coulter which is called Netherbreth, between the land of Thomas Rose on either side; all which land he had by the gift of Simon Colyns of Coventry, smith (more fully described in his grant); to have and to hold to John and Elizabeth, their heirs and assigns, forever, of the chief lord of the fee.
