DescriptionShould Thomas and Margery die without legitimate heirs, the lands are to go to Geoffrey de Meryngton and Elizabeth, and the male heirs of their bodies, legitimately conceived, to be held as aforesaid. And if Geoffrey and Elizabeth die without male heirs, the lands, rents etc., are to revert to their possession forever. Witnesses: John Arderne, William Barbot, William Coke, John Rose, John Baste, and others. Given at Lityllalleford, 3rd January, 10 Henry IV.
