Title | Quitclaim by John Cok of Lilleburne, and Richard Stoke, parson of Shathewelle church, for themselves and their heirs forever to Geoffrey Allesley of Little Lalleford his heirs and assigns, of all their right and claim to the manor of Little Lalleforde and all appurtenances in the same village, Newbolde, Little Herdeburgh, Cherche Lalleforde and Toft in the county of Warewyck: which manor they had once with others by the gift of Thomas de Meryngton, excepting those lands held by Roger Zonge, Thomas Creek, William Cook, Robert Wych, Ralph Taylor, Thomas Callere, Richard Trussell and Alice his wife, in Longe Lalleforde and also excepting the lands held in Dunchurche by Thomas Luttelhay and Agnes, his wife. Given at Rokeby, on the feast of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 4 Henry IV. Witnesses: John de Catesby, Roger Elmsbregge, Robert de Catesby, Thomas Barone, John Derset of Thurlaston and others.
