DescriptionTo hold the said messuage and 19 acres of arable land with all its appurtenances, to the aforesaid John and Alice, his wife and the heirs of their bodies of the chief lord of the fee, freely etc., for the customary services, forever. And if it should happen that John and Alice have no heirs of their bodies, the aforesaid tenement and its appurtenances are to remain to the heirs of John Priour forever. Witnesses: Ralph de Wover, William Pleyer, Thomas Hert, Henry Pers the Steward, Ralph le Cook and others. Given at Lalleford, the Sunday next before the feast of St. Michael the Archangel 23 Edward III.
