Title	Gift with warranty from Roger Marchel, once esquire to William Purfrey of Schirforde, Leics., to William Smythe of Long Lalleford of 1 messuage with appurtenances which John Eeres recently held by inheritance. And 2 roods on a certain furlong, called Wewles between the land of the Prior of Killgworre, and 2 ridges of arable land, of which 1 lies between the land of the said Prior on the one part and the land of William Purfray, on the other. And the other ridge, lying on that furlong which is called East Personns Pace next the land of William Purfrey; likewise 1 rood of meadow lying in Siddenale: to hold all the aforesaid to William, his heirs and assigns of the chief lord of the fee, for the customary services.
