Description | To hold to William Boughton and his heirs forever, discharged of all former bargains, uses, grants, dowers, rents etc., excepting the rent due to the chief lord of the fee; Richard Webbe covenants and agrees that before Easter next, after this date, he will make to William Boughton and his heirs, a good and sufficient estate in law, by fine, feoffment, release, recovery, or any wise as shall be devised by the counsel of the said William Boughton, and promises also to deliver all evidence and muniments concerning the said premises; and for this grant William is to pay Richard Webb at the sealing of this indenture £6.13.4d of which Richard acknowledges himself well and truly satisfied.
