| Description | A fourth part of a ½ acre lies at the grassforde; and an acre lies on the Butts at Belom waye, near the land of the said William, and a rood on Longelond near the land of the said William; and 1 rood lying on Scytenelond near the land of the said William; and 1 rood lying near Stonelebrode near the land of the said William: to hold the aforesaid 1½ acres and 1 rood of land with its appurtenances of himself and his heirs, for the rest of William's life: rendering yearly to John and his heirs a rose at the feast of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist, for all secular services.
