| Description | To wit the ½ acre lying on Dockeforlond, and a ½ acre on the headland near Caldewelle, the rood lying in Brodmedwe, the better rood which belongs to the ½ virgate of land which the aforesaid John holds, to have and to hold of Thomas and his heirs to John, his heirs and assigns as he wishes, forever, as freely etc., for all the customary services. Rendering yearly a silver ½d. at Easter; for this land John pays Thomas a silver mark.
