Title	Creation of a Use between Sir Thomas Englefield, a justice, Robert Raynold; Edmund Anstey, and Thomas Samson, the latter are to recover the manor of Brunsover and other lands of Brunsover against the aforesaid Sir Thomas, also to take by fine in the King's Court, several messuages and lands in Brinklowe to the intent that the latter shall make estate thereof to Sir Thomas for his life, without impeachment, and after his death to Elizabeth his wife, and then to their son, John.
