Description1 acre lying above the coulter called Medewe forlong, between the land of the Countess of Honntyndone on the other hand underheg, and 1 acre with the land of the Countess on both sides. 1 rood under Ruyleyt, between the land of the Countess on one hand and the land of William Schather of Prensthorpe on the other, and 1 rood under Longgeland, near the land of the said Countess. To have and to hold the aforesaid house and 2½ acres of land in the village and fields of Churchingbur with all appurtenances, to Thomas and Alice their heirs and assigns forever, of the chief lord of the fee, for the customary services, freely etc., forever.
